¿Cuál es el propósito de esta posición?

Fortalecer las relaciones de partnership con las iglesias socias, asegurando la calidad de los programas para la niñez y juventud mediante acompañamiento técnico, monitoreo de estándares y compromisos programáticos, desarrollo de capacidades institucionales, movilización de recursos locales y promoción de entornos seguros que contribuyan al bienestar y protección integral de los niños, niñas y jóvenes.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Promueve y garantiza la protección y el bienestar de niños, niñas y jóvenes, cumpliendo las políticas y protocolos de protección infantil.
  • Fortalece las capacidades de las iglesias asociadas para desarrollar programas efectivos de niñez y juventud.
  • Mantiene relaciones de colaboración con iglesias, líderes, familias y miembros de la comunidad.
  • Apoya la identificación de necesidades, planificación, implementación y evaluación de programas para niños y jóvenes.
  • Coordina el apoyo del Equipo Frente a las Iglesias (CFT) para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos ministeriales.
  • Promueve la participación de padres, cuidadores, jóvenes y otros actores clave en las iniciativas de desarrollo.
  • Facilita la movilización de recursos locales y la colaboración entre iglesias para fortalecer su impacto comunitario.
  • Monitorea el progreso de las actividades, documentar resultados y dar seguimiento a planes de trabajo y acuerdos de asociación.
  • Contribuye al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos, resultados programáticos y compromisos institucionales.
  • Brinda orientación y apoyo a las iglesias para implementar soluciones sostenibles que beneficien a niños, niñas y jóvenes.

¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?

  • Bachiller o Licenciado(a) en Administración, Trabajo Social, Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencias de la Comunicación o carreras afines.
  • Estudios de especialización o posgrado (altamente valorado en bachilleres)
  • 2+ años de experiencia en organizaciones sociales o entidades sin fines de lucro.
  • 2+ años de experiencia en diseño, implementación, monitoreo y evaluación de programas o proyectos de desarrollo comunitario, desarrollo infantil o fortalecimiento organizacional es altamente valorado.
  • Experiencia en movilización de recursos, sostenibilidad institucional, generación de alianzas estratégicas y/o iniciativas de emprendimiento (deseable).
  • Conocimientos en desarrollo comunitario, gestión de proyectos, sostenibilidad y articulación con actores locales (deseable).
  • Licencia de conducir categoría A1 (deseable).
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (deseable).

Ambiente Laboral

Exigencias físicas

  • Sentado, de pie y/o caminando de lunes a viernes de 8:00am a 5:00pm.

Requisitos de viaje

  • Se puede requerir viajar hasta el 50% del horario normal en entornos no estándar en lugares rurales, semi-rurales y subdesarrollados.
