**Requerimos tres Facilitadores de Sociedad, cada uno para Olancho, Choluteca y Francisco Morazán**

El Facilitador de sociedad es el enlace principal de Compassion con la iglesia local y es responsable del fortalecimiento de la pertenencia local, el fortalecimiento de capacidades y los recursos de las iglesias socias locales para servir a los niños y jóvenes en su propio contexto.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en trabajo con iglesias evangélicas de diferentes denominaciones en zonas urbanas y rurales
  • Que residan en Olancho, Choluteca y Francisco Morazán.
  • Profesional Universitario Egresado de la Licenciatura Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Tres (3) años de experiencia profesional o coordinación de ministerios cristianos y/o actividades de servicio.
  • Conocimiento de desarrollo integral del niño.
  • Habilidad de facilitación y negociación para establecer relaciones de confianza con una amplia variedad de personas.
  • Habilidad para manejo de conflictos
  • Maduro, auto motivado y habilidad productiva con supervisión a distancia
  • Capacidad para solucionar problemas.
  • Orientado al servicio al cliente.
  • Habilidad de comunicación escrita y verbal
  • Dispuesto a viajar sin problemas de horario.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente y con experiencia en conducir vehículos mecánicos de doble tracción.
  • Experiencia y manejo de Microsoft Office 2010 ( Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Power Point, Internet).
