Chceš mít na starosti marketing české technologické firmy, jejíž software používají policejní, vládní a forenzní týmy po celém světě?

V Compelsonu hledáme zkušeného Marketing Managera, který převezme odpovědnost za naše marketingové aktivity a dostane prostor ovlivnit, kam se bude náš marketing dál posouvat.

Nejde o vedení marketingového týmu. Hledáme člověka, který dokáže fungovat samostatně, přemýšlet strategicky a zároveň se nebojí praktické práce. Do budoucna je tu ale prostor vybudovat a vést vlastní tým.

Jsme Compelson, česká technologická společnost, která od roku 1991 vyvíjí vlastní software. Náš forenzní software MOBILedit používají policejní sbory, vládní instituce a forenzní specialisté po celém světě při analýze mobilních zařízení.

Co budeš dělat

  • Odpovědnost za marketing: Převezmeš naše marketingové aktivity, jejich plánování, priority a další směřování.
  • Mezinárodní kampaně: Budeš plánovat a realizovat marketingové kampaně zaměřené především na B2B a B2G zákazníky na světových trzích.
  • Konference a výstavy: Zastřešíš naši účast na mezinárodních konferencích a výstavách od plánování až po samotnou realizaci.
  • Online marketing: Budeš mít na starosti web, SEO, newslettery a další online aktivity.
  • Tvorba obsahu: Ve spolupráci s našimi technickými specialisty budeš tvořit odbornější obsah, případové studie, návody, produktové texty a další marketingové materiály.
  • Spolupráce s obchodem: Budeš úzce spolupracovat s obchodním týmem a podporovat jednotlivé trhy vhodnými marketingovými aktivitami a materiály.
  • Vlastní nápady: Dostaneš prostor přicházet s novými nápady, zkoušet nové cesty a nastavovat marketingové procesy podle toho, co skutečně funguje.

Koho hledáme

  • Zkušenosti s marketingem: Máš předchozí zkušenosti s marketingem, ideálně v technologickém nebo B2B prostředí.
  • Strategické uvažování: Dokážeš marketingové aktivity nejen realizovat, ale také plánovat, prioritizovat a vyhodnocovat.
  • Samostatnost: Umíš převzít odpovědnost, organizovat si vlastní práci a dotahovat věci do konce.
  • Praktický přístup: Dokážeš nejen navrhnout, co by se mělo udělat, ale také své nápady převést do praxe.
  • Technické uvažování: Dokážeš se zorientovat v technicky zaměřeném produktu a složitější témata převést do srozumitelné komunikace.
  • Angličtina: Domluvíš se anglicky minimálně na úrovni B2 a zvládneš v angličtině běžně komunikovat i tvořit obsah.
  • Práce s daty: Dokážeš vyhodnocovat výsledky marketingových aktivit a podle nich rozhodovat o dalších krocích.

Nemusíš být expert na mobilní forenziku. Důležitá je pro nás schopnost pochopit náš produkt, zákazníky a specifický trh, na kterém působíme.
