En Compra Gamer estamos en búsqueda de un Supervisor para sumar a nuestro equipo de Logística 🎮🚀

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar la gestión del equipo de Depósito, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos del sector.
  • Planificar las actividades de cada turno, asignando tareas y prioridades de acuerdo con la demanda operativa.
  • Monitorear la productividad y el desempeño del equipo mediante indicadores de gestión, confeccionando reportes para la toma de decisiones.
  • Capacitar y desarrollar al personal, promoviendo la polivalencia y la mejora continua.
  • Coordinar la recepción, almacenamiento, movimiento interno y despacho de mercadería, garantizando la correcta ejecución de los procesos.
  • Gestionar los requerimientos operativos de otras áreas y coordinar la interacción con proveedores y operadores logísticos.
  • Gestionar inventarios rotativos y velar por la correcta administración del stock y el orden del depósito.
  • Supervisar la disponibilidad de insumos y el correcto funcionamiento de maquinarias, equipos e instalaciones necesarias para la operación.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de incidencias operativas, documentación y requerimientos administrativos asociados a la operación del sector.
  • Promover iniciativas de mejora continua, implementando acciones de optimización y estandarización de procesos.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo seguro.
  • Operar equipos de movimiento de materiales cuando la operación lo requiera y cuente con la habilitación correspondiente.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Nivel de Estudios: tericario finalizado o estudiante universitario, con orientación industrial, técnica o logística.
  • Conocimientos en 5S, TMP, Lean Sixg Sigma, ISO9001, Kaizen o Poka Yoke serán un plus.
  • Valoraremos a las personas que cuenten con conocimientos de hardware y/o armado de pc.
  • Dominio en administración de depósitos; procesos de recolección, control, reposición de mercadería y expedición.
  • Muy buen manejo de Office.
  • Ideal contar con +2 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
