Unsere Rechtsabteilung sucht eine*n engagierte*n Legal Counsel (m/w/d) mit fundierter Expertise in den Bereichen IT-Recht, Vertragsrecht , die/der unsere Fachabteilungen mit juristischem Know-how unterstützt und dabei auch komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich vermitteln kann.

  • Volljurist*in mit Schwerpunkt IT-Recht, Vertragsrecht
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im kommerziellen IT-Vertragsrecht
  • Eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Lösungsorientierte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Fähigkeit, komplexe rechtliche Sachverhalte auch Laien verständlich zu erklären
  • Die Fähigkeit, sich selbstständig in neue Rechtsgebiete und -themen einzuarbeiten
  • Erfahrung im regulierten Gesundheits-IT-Umfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Beherrschung gängiger Office-Programme (inkl. MS 365) und KI-gestützter Arbeitsweisen sowie sehr gute Englisch- und verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Fachabteilungen in Fragen des IT-, Vertrags-, Vergabe- und Datenschutzrechts, insbesondere für neue Produkte im regulierten eHealth-/Telematikinfrastruktur-Umfeld
  • Erstellung, Prüfung, Verhandlung und Pflege von Verträgen und AGB, insbesondere in den Bereichen IT- und Datenschutzrecht
  • Unterstützung der Fachteams bei der Erstellung und Pflege von internen Richtlinien in den Bereichen Compliance, Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit
  • Mitwirkung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Vertragsverwaltung
  • Steuerung der Schnittstelle zu externen Kanzleien bei Spezialthemen
  • Erstellung von Rechtsgutachten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
