Wat ga je doen?

Geen dag is hetzelfde, hieronder staan een aantal werkzaamheden vermeld maar jij maakt je eigen functie! (natuurlijk binnen een bepaald kader)

Je bent als HR Business Partner hét aanspreekpunt voor HR. Daarnaast ben je adviseur en sparringpartner in volle omvang voor jouw teams. Je houdt je bezig met de uitvoering van het beleid met focus op een uitstekende Employee Life Cycle en ben je aangesloten bij de uitrol van Global projecten binnen Conduent Netherlands. Kortom, een afwisselende en uitdagende rol op zowel operationeel als tactisch niveau!

Ben jij toe aan een vervolgstap of ben je een HR zij-instromer en wil jij het verschil maken voor de organisatie? Leuk, dan maken wij graag kennis met jou!

In deze functie houd je je bezig met o.a.:

  • Het opstellen, actualiseren en implementeren van HR-beleid en het verder ontwikkelen van onze HR-dienstverlening.
  • Deelnemen aan HR-gerelateerde projecten en het kritisch meedenken en delen van je HR visie over de te nemen besluiten.
  • Fungeren als adviseur en sparringpartner voor verschillende leidinggevenden. Denk hierbij aan zaken omtrent instroom, verzuimbegeleiding, leiderschaps- en organisatieontwikkeling en change management.
  • Meenemen van leidinggevenden in ons 'eigen-regiemodel' en hierop coachen waar nodig.
  • Veranderingsprocessen in goede banen leiden om bedrijfsgroei en kwaliteit te waarborgen;
  • Verantwoording nemen voor personeelsontwikkeling en de voortgang hiervan bewaken;
  • Rapportages opstellen en overhandigen aan verschillende stakeholders.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde HBO opleiding;
  • HR ervaring en klaar voor de tweede/derde stap;
  • Goede sociale vaardigheden en in staat om op verschillende niveaus snel te schakelen;
  • Als persoon ben je gemakkelijk benaderbaar en inspirerend;
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en je kan resultaatgericht, gestructureerd en zelfstandig werken.
