  • Organisatiestructuur bewaken — Je houdt de vinger aan de pols van bezetting, rollen en processen. Je stuurt bij waar nodig en houdt het management scherp.
  • Compliance over meerdere sites — Je zorgt dat alle HR‑processen correct en uniform verlopen, ook bij nieuwe entiteiten die worden geïntegreerd.
  • Sparringpartner voor payroll & rekrutering — Je voert niet zelf uit, maar bewaakt kwaliteit, ondersteunt je team en grijpt in wanneer iets vastloopt.
  • People management — Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor lokale leidinggevenden en begeleidt hen in personeelsbeslissingen.
  • HR‑projecten trekken — Van tijdsregistratie tot arbeidsreglementen, groepsverzekering en harmonisatieprojecten: jij houdt de regie.
  • Rapportering — Je vertaalt wat er leeft op de werkvloer naar heldere inzichten voor het management.
  • Rekrutering opvolgen — Je detecteert noden, spart met de Talent Acquisition Specialist en volgt kritieke instroomdossiers op.
  • Begeleiden van overnames — Je helpt mentaliteit en cultuur gelijktrekken en ondersteunt bij integratie van nieuwe KMO‑teams.
  • Aansturen van HRBP’s — Je overziet hun operationele werk en bent hun sparringpartner.
  • Vakbondservaring — Je bereidt de organisatie mee voor op sociale verkiezingen

Must haves

  • Bachelor - of masterdiploma in een relevante richting.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als HR Manager, met aantoonbare verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Ervaring met arbeiderspopulaties en operationele HR‑contexten.
  • Sterk in soft HR én cijfermatige analyse.
  • Ervaring met meerdere entiteiten/sites tegelijk.
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je werkt autonoom, plant je aanwezigheid op sites zelf in en houdt overzicht.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met overname‑integraties.
  • Kennis van Frans.
  • Ervaring met vakbonden of sociale verkiezingen.
  • Affiniteit met transport, productie of warehousing.
