The posting

O Executivo de Vendas Farmer será responsável por gerir e rentabilizar a carteira de clientes B2B no segmento de E-commerce. O foco do profissional é construir relacionamentos estratégicos de longo prazo, identificar oportunidades de cross-sell e upsell, reduzir a taxa de churn e garantir que os clientes obtenham o máximo valor das soluções contratadas.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Gestão e Desenvolvimento da Carteira: Gerenciar uma carteira seletiva de contas B2B do ecossistema de e-commerce, mantendo contato contínuo com os decision makers (C-Level, Diretores de E-commerce, Gerentes de Marketing/Logística).
  • Expansão de Receita (Upsell & Cross-sell): Mapear necessidades não atendidas dos clientes e apresentar novas soluções, produtos ou upgrades de plano para aumentar o LTV (Lifetime Value) e o MRR/ARR (Monthly/Annual Recurring Revenue).
  • Retenção e Prevenção de Churn: Acompanhar a saúde da conta e indicadores de uso do produto/serviço, atuando proativamente para mitigar riscos de cancelamento e resolver gargalos operacionais ou comerciais.
  • Planejamento de Contas (Account Planning): Desenvolver planos de contas individuais para clientes de alto valor (Key Accounts), definindo metas de crescimento e pontos de contato ao longo do ano.
  • Negociação e Renovação de Contratos: Liderar os processos de renegociação, renovações contratuais e reajustes anuais com foco em ganho mútuo (win-win).
  • Interface Interna: Trabalhar em sinergia com os times de Customer Success, Suporte, Produto e Operações para garantir a entrega das promessas comerciais e a melhoria contínua da experiência do cliente.
  • Análise de Indicadores: Acompanhar métricas cruciais de carteira (NPS, Churn, Expansão, ARPU, Ticket Médio) e manter o CRM rigida e devidamente atualizado.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Experiência Prévia: Experiência sólida como Farmer, Account Manager ou CS Comercial gerindo carteiras B2B.
  • Conhecimento do Mercado de E-commerce: Vivência no ecossistema de e-commerce (plataformas de e-commerce, gateways de pagamento, mídia de performance, logística/fulfillment, plataformas de automação de marketing ou SaaS para varejo).
  • Perfil Consultivo: Domínio de técnicas de vendas consultivas, negociação complexa e gestão de objeções.
  • Visão de Negócios: Capacidade de analisar métricas de e-commerce (conversão, ROI, CAC, GMV, abandono de carrinho) para alinhar a proposta de valor ao negócio do cliente.
  • Ferramentas: Domínio de ferramentas de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive ou similares) e pacote Office/Google Workspace.
