  • Field commissioning experience for new construction or retrofit projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Capable of independent work and time management in both field and remote environments.
  • Familiarity with other BAS platforms (Alerton, Siemens, JCI, Automated Logic, etc.) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience, certifications, and a successful interview
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
