Location: Lowell, AR Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour Job Type: Contract Duration: October 30, 2026 – January 31, 2027 Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM License: Arkansas Journeyman Electrician License Required

Job Summary

We are hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a commercial access control installation project in Lowell, AR. Electricians will work alongside Data Technicians to install power supplies, conduit, wiring, and electrical infrastructure supporting access control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Install and connect power supplies for access control equipment.
  • Install EMT conduit, connectors, couplings, and straps.
  • Install junction and pull boxes as required.
  • Route and install high-voltage power cable to power supplies.
  • Support installation of Axis A1210B Network Door Controllers and related equipment.
  • Coordinate with Data Technicians on access control installations.
  • Read and follow electrical drawings and project specifications.
  • Perform electrical connections, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Follow applicable electrical codes and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Arkansas Journeyman Electrician License – Required
  • Commercial electrical installation experience.
  • Hands-on experience with EMT conduit and electrical wiring.
  • Ability to read electrical plans and schematics.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour daytime shift.
  • Reliable transportation and required electrical tools.
  • Ability to work as part of a two-person team with a Data Technician.

Project Details

  • Initial Requirement: 9 Electricians
  • Potential Expansion: Up to 14 teams by November 30, 2026
  • Hours: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Days: Sunday–Thursday
  • Project End: January 31, 2027
  • Planned Breaks: One week for Thanksgiving and one week for Christmas

Compensation

$35–$40/hour

Important: A valid Arkansas Journeyman Electrician License is required for this position.
