The posting

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of structured cabling and low voltage installations across warehouse and distribution environments. This role owns the full picture of a project, including customer management, material management, labor management, and P&L performance from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of structured cabling and low voltage installations in warehouse and industrial facilities
  • Oversee copper and fiber scopes including Cat6/Cat6A horizontal cabling, fiber backbone, IDF/MDF buildouts, rack and stack, and WAP drops
  • Own project P&L, including job costing, budgeting, and material forecasting
  • Coordinate material ordering, delivery timing, and inventory tracking to keep crews stocked and on schedule
  • Supervise and direct field technicians, set daily priorities, and hold crews accountable to schedule, quality, and safety standards
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and any issues
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, cabling layouts, and telecom room elevations
  • Ensure installations meet BICSI and TIA/EIA standards for pathways, terminations, labeling, and documentation
  • Review test results and certification reports before closeout
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, progress billing, and closeout documentation including as-builts
  • Coordinate labor planning and manpower allocation across multiple active job sites
  • Track WIP status and support timely invoicing and collections

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Project Manager in low voltage or structured cabling construction
  • Working knowledge of copper and fiber installation, termination, and testing practices
  • Familiarity with BICSI and TIA/EIA cabling standards
  • Ability to read and interpret low voltage drawings, cabling plans, and rack elevations
  • Comfortable managing customer relationships, material logistics, and field labor simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to run multiple job sites at once
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and standard project management tools
  • Experience with Fluke certification testing, Bluebeam, or Procore is a plus, not a requirement
  • BICSI certification is a plus, not a requirement
  • Stable, verifiable work history

Benefits and Compensation

  • Pay range $90k to $110k annually, based on experience
  • 100% company-paid employee-only medical coverage plus dental and vision plans
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Pet insurance
  • Company-paid certifications and license renewals
  • Generous paid time off and work-life balance
  • Career growth opportunities with ongoing professional development

Why Work With Us

  • Consistent, high-volume project pipeline in warehouse and distribution environments
  • Leadership that gives PMs real ownership over their projects, from customer relationship to P&L
  • Company investment in your certifications and long-term development

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
