The posting

This is a Project Manager role based full-time in Missoula, Montana. The right person is energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a tight-knit local market where relationships are everything and credibility is earned. They will manage security integration and structured cabling projects from kickoff through closeout while actively supporting sales, building customer connections, and helping grow the regional operation. This is not a desk job — it is a build-the-market role with a clear path to Territory Manager for someone who brings initiative, accountability, and a genuine hunger to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage low voltage, structured cabling, and security integration projects from award through closeout — on schedule, on budget, and to spec.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships across the Missoula market and surrounding commercial and institutional accounts.
  • Support regional sales efforts, assist with estimating, and help drive new business development.
  • Coordinate with field teams, operations, and service departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and accountability to project teams and field personnel.
  • Identify new low voltage and security integration opportunities in commercial, institutional, and related markets.
  • Help develop operational processes and improve overall office efficiency.
  • Represent the company professionally with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners.
  • Contribute to long-term growth strategy for the Missoula office with a trajectory toward Territory Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Background in low voltage, structured cabling, or security integration — as a Project Manager, field lead, or sales professional.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and support business development in a relationship-based market.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • High energy, self-starter mentality — this person drives momentum rather than waiting for direction.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to balance project execution with customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Must be located in Missoula or willing to relocate — this is a full-time, in-person role with a day-one presence requirement.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with estimating, sales support, or account management in the low voltage or security integration space.
  • Familiarity with security systems including access control, CCTV, or structured cabling infrastructure such as Cat6 and fiber.
  • Prior experience working in a locally driven or regional market environment.
  • Genuine interest in growing into a leadership or Territory Manager role over time.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $85,000 – $115,000 depending on experience
  • Performance-based incentive and bonus package
  • Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Professional development, training, and career growth support
  • Clear path to Territory Manager as the regional office expands

Why This Role

The right person for this role does not just want a project management job — they want to own a market. Missoula is a relationship-driven environment and this company has the client base, the reputation, and the backing to grow aggressively. The person who lands this role will have real input into how customers are developed, how the team is built, and how the office expands over the next few years. The pay is competitive, the path to Territory Manager is genuine, and the opportunity to make your mark in a region is real. If you bring initiative, high energy, and the kind of presence that earns trust in a local market, this is the role for you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
