O desafio: garantir que cada projeto entregue resultado de verdade. Você vai acompanhar agentes em operação, mostrar o impacto para as lideranças, antecipar riscos e transformar o que ouve dos clientes em melhoria de produto. E vai ajudar a construir do zero a forma como cuidamos dos clientes da área.

Sobre a vaga:

Buscamos uma pessoa para cuidar do sucesso dos nossos clientes depois que o projeto entra em operação. O foco é gestão de projetos de clientes e retenção: garantir que cada projeto esteja andando bem, gerando resultado e satisfazendo o cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Saúde do cliente: acompanhar o comportamento dos agentes (volumetria contratada x consumida), a estabilidade operacional e os indicadores de atendimento dos clientes, como FCR, TMA e taxa de retenção.
  • QBRs: conduzir reuniões executivas periódicas de resultados, demonstrando os ganhos e o impacto dos projetos.
  • Retenção: identificar contas em risco de desengajamento, intermediar ajustes no comportamento dos agentes junto ao time técnico e agir de forma proativa.
  • Potencial de expansão: mapear, junto aos executivos, oportunidades de ampliação de escopo em cada cliente.
  • Voz do cliente: consolidar feedbacks recorrentes de usuários e clientes para alimentar o roadmap e a melhoria contínua dos produtos e serviços.

O que buscamos:

  • Estar cursando ou ter concluído graduação em Administração, Marketing, Engenharia de Produção, TI ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em Customer Success B2B ou Gestão de Contas (Account Management), com vivência em gestão de projetos de clientes.
  • Orientação analítica: facilidade para ler dados de uso e relacionar indicadores com ganhos de eficiência operacional e financeira para o cliente.
  • Boa comunicação e postura para se relacionar com gerentes e diretores de áreas de CX.
  • Escuta ativa e empatia para entender a operação do cliente e o impacto no atendimento aos clientes dele.
  • Autonomia para atuar em uma área nova e em construção.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em SaaS B2B, plataformas de CX, contact center, telecom ou soluções de automação.
  • Conhecimento de IA generativa e agentes de IA.
  • Inglês.
