Job Description

  • Elaborar los planes de trabajo de maquinaria, mano de obra y materiales para cumplir el ticket establecido.
  • Garantizar la programación de la producción por maquina para optimizar su utilizacion y hacer uso optimo de los recursos.
  • Validar los programas de mantenimiento para definir prioridades en conjunto con coordinador de mantenimiento y garantizar el cumplimiento del ticket de producción.
  • Controlar los niveles de inventario en cada uno de los procesos del área.
  • Despliegue & Ejecución de estrategias con BT & 24/7 para el cumplimiento de los KPI´s del Departamento.
  • Coordinar el trabajo del personal asignado en el area, mediante la distribución eficiente del personal y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Administrar el manning asignado en cada uno de los turnos para hacer uso efeciente de los recursos asignados.
  • Definir las necesidades de capacitación del personal del area, mediante el trabajo en conjunto con el área de capacitación para la deteccción de necesidades de Capacitación del personal.
  • Asegurar la correcta implementación de los lineamientos del sistema de calidad en el área.
  • Gestionar y asegurar los procesos de la organización y los recursos necesarios para que el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de su proceso sea conforme con los estándares aplicables (ISO 9001 e IATF 16949) y los Requerimientos Específicos de los Clientes para con ello asegurar las salidas previstas, las cuales contribuyen en la satisfacción de los clientes internos y externos; de la misma manera debe promover el liderazgo, enfoque en procesos, el pensamiento basado en riesgos y la mejora continua.

Qualifications

  • Ingeniería (Industrial, Mecanico).
  • 5 años de experiencia en puesto similar. / 5 años de experiencia como Líder de turno del área.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en el proceso.
  • 5 años de experiencia en administración de personal empleado y sindicalizado.
  • Ingles Avanzado
  • Manejo de personal indispensable
