Als Account Manager*in baust Du langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und sorgst für nachhaltigen Erfolg. Mit deinem Gespür für Märkte und Trends bringst Du unser Business auf das nächste Level:

  • Neukundenakquise: Du gewinnst neue Kunden und baust strategische Partnerschaften auf
  • Bestandskundenmanagement: Du erkennst Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale. Du steigerst die Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Marktanalyse und Strategie: Du beobachtest den Markt analysierst Trends und leitest gezielte Maßnahmen ab
  • Preiskalkulation und Verhandlungen: Du erstellst Angebote und führst Verhandlungen auf Augenhöhe
  • Projekt-Koordination: Du stimmst Dich mit Schnittstellen ab, um Kundenprojekte reibungslos umzusetzen

Dein Profil

Bei uns punktest Du vor allem mit Deiner Erfahrung, Deiner Begeisterung für die IT-Branche und Deiner authentischen Persönlichkeit. Was uns sonst noch wichtig ist:

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen oder IT-technischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb sowie in der IT-Branche
  • Spaß am Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten
  • Starke kommunikative und verhandlungssichere Fähigkeiten
  • Gespür für Markt- und Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Empathie, Engagement und Offenheit
  • Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise und Lust auf Erfolg
  • Fließende Deutsch-Kenntnisse, gute Englisch- Kenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft (mind. 1x monatlich Präsenztag in unserem Büro in Freiburg)
