Du suchst mehr als klassische Linux-Administration? Bei uns übernimmst Du Verantwortung für moderne Linux-, Virtualisierungs- und Cloud-Plattformen und gestaltest deren Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit. Dich erwarten spannende Aufgaben rund um Debian Linux, Proxmox VE, Automatisierung, Infrastructure as Code und moderne Open-Source-Technologien. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team entwickelst Du Plattformen und Services weiter, auf die unsere Kunden täglich vertrauen, und bringst eigene Ideen für neue Technologien, Standards und Services ein.

Bei uns arbeitest Du nicht in starren Strukturen oder ausschließlich im Ticketbetrieb. Wir vertrauen auf Eigenverantwortung, fachliche Expertise und die Bereitschaft, Dinge aktiv voranzubringen. Deshalb erhältst Du den Freiraum, technische Entscheidungen mitzugestalten, Standards weiterzuentwickeln und die Zukunft unserer Linux-Plattformen nachhaltig zu prägen.

  • Plattform-, Asset- oder Product-Ownership mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum
  • Verantwortung für moderne Debian-Linux-, Proxmox-VE- und Cloud-Plattformen
  • Architekturentscheidungen, Automatisierung sowie Infrastructure as Code mit Terraform und Puppet
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Sicherheit und Skalierbarkeit
  • Entwicklung neuer Services und technischer Standards gemeinsam mit Betrieb, Vertrieb und Produktmanagement
  • Direkten Einfluss auf die technologische Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattformen
  • Moderne Open-Source-Plattformen sowie Werkzeuge für Automatisierung, Virtualisierung und Infrastructure as Code
  • Die Möglichkeit, Dich fachlich in Themen wie Kubernetes, Cloud-Technologien und moderne Plattformarchitekturen weiterzuentwickeln
  • Flexible Arbeitsmodelle mit Hybrid-Remote-Regelung und planbarer Rufbereitschaft

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über fundierte Linux-Erfahrung und möchtest mehr als nur Systeme administrieren. Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen, technische Entscheidungen mitgestalten und moderne Plattformen aktiv weiterentwickeln.

Idealerweise bringst Du mit:

  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Linux-Administration
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Debian Linux oder vergleichbaren Linux-Distributionen
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen Linux-, Virtualisierungs- oder Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Kenntnisse in mehreren Technologien wie Proxmox VE, GitLab, Puppet, Terraform, MariaDB, Docker oder Kubernetes
  • Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für Verfügbarkeit, Performance und IT-Sicherheit
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude an anspruchsvollen technischen Herausforderungen
  • Eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie technisches Englisch
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft
