Als Business Applications & Product Development Specialist (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Business Applications, digitalen Prozesse und internen Produkte. Gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen, Management und externen Partnern gestaltest Du die Digitalisierung unseres Unternehmens aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben in der Übersicht:

  • Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unserer Business Applications (Produktmanagement)
  • Produktentwicklung und Produktmanagement für interne und externe digitale Lösungen
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Odoo-Plattform sowie angebundener Systeme
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen durch Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
  • Aufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
  • Entwicklung von Konzepten, Roadmaps und Business Cases
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Entwicklungs-, Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten
  • Einführung, Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von Odoo-Modulen, Apps und Schnittstellen
  • Steuerung des Produktlebenszyklus von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung (Produktentwicklung)
  • Bewertung neuer Technologien, insbesondere im Bereich KI und Automatisierung
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Schulung der Anwender

Deine Verantwortung:

  • Weiterentwicklung der Business-Application-Landschaft der Continum AG
  • Entwicklung innovativer Produkte, Anwendungen und digitaler Prozesse
  • Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
  • Sicherstellung effizienter, skalierbarer und zukunftsfähiger Abläufe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachbereichen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten und Produktideen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, der Produktentwicklung oder Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Odoo oder vergleichbaren ERP- und Business-Application-Lösungen
  • Gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse und Zusammenhänge
  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Interesse an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und neuen Technologien
