Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un profesional con visión estratégica, orientación a resultados y pasión por las marcas. La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar campañas promocionales, analizar el comportamiento del mercado y coordinar iniciativas de comunicación que fortalezcan la visibilidad y posicionamiento de los productos de la compañía. Buscamos un perfil creativo, analítico y con capacidad para integrarse a equipos multidisciplinarios en entornos dinámicos.

Tareas y responsabilidades:

  • Analizar y monitorear tendencias de mercado y comportamiento de consumidores, propios y de la competencia.
  • Diseñar, planificar e implementar campañas promocionales y planes de comunicación integrales.
  • Participar activamente en actividades promocionales que fortalezcan la visibilidad de las marcas.
  • Coordinar acciones con agencias digitales, garantizando la coherencia y efectividad de las campañas.
  • Colaborar de forma transversal con equipos internos, asegurando alineación estratégica y coherencia de mensajes.

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria en Marketing, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en posiciones similares, liderando campañas y acciones integradas.
  • Visión analítica, creatividad y capacidad para adaptarse a contextos dinámicos.
  • Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.

Modalidad de trabajo: presencial.
