Convixion selecciona para Thermomix

Thermomix busca sumar un/a Asistente de Servicio Técnico a su equipo en Montevideo. Vas a gestionar las reparaciones de los equipos Thermomix y Kobold y de las nuevas máquinas que incorpore la compañía, cuidando que cada cliente tenga una buena experiencia de servicio.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Reparar los equipos que llegan a Servicio Técnico dentro de los plazos definidos.
  • Atender a los clientes y contarles en qué estado está su reparación.
  • Coordinar la logística de las máquinas que hay que reparar.
  • Controlar el stock de repuestos todas las semanas, pedir reposiciones y hacer ajustes de inventario.
  • Facturar los servicios del área.
  • Hacer el seguimiento de los comodatos.
  • Armar el reporte semanal del área y el análisis mensual de reparaciones.
  • Participar en las capacitaciones que dan los fabricantes de las máquinas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia en servicio técnico, mantenimiento o reparación de equipos.
  • Conocimientos técnicos para diagnosticar y resolver problemas.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales y sistemas de gestión.
  • Buena comunicación, organización y planificación.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial de lunes a viernes, de 10 a 16 h.
