¿Te apasiona construir marcas y convertir estrategias en resultados? Buscamos un/a Brand Manager con visión comercial y gran capacidad de ejecución para liderar marcas internacionales de fragancias y cosmética en Uruguay. Tu rol será clave para impulsar su crecimiento, en contacto directo con clientes, proveedores y casas matrices.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Desarrollar e implementar el plan anual de marketing de las marcas a cargo.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing y hacer el seguimiento de inversiones y resultados.
  • Analizar sell in, sell out, stock, market share y rentabilidad para la toma de decisiones.
  • Planificar y ejecutar lanzamientos, activaciones, eventos y acciones promocionales.
  • Coordinar campañas de comunicación, materiales de punto de venta y visual merchandising.
  • Mantener un vínculo fluido con las casas matrices internacionales y los principales clientes del canal.
  • Trabajar junto a Comercial, Logística, Finanzas, Trade Marketing y Dirección Técnica en cada proyecto.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y proponer iniciativas que impulsen el desarrollo de las marcas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación universitaria en Marketing, Administración, Comunicación o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Brand Manager o en posiciones similares.
  • Inglés avanzado, oral y escrito.
  • Muy buen manejo de Excel, PowerPoint, Canva y herramientas de IA.
  • Disponibilidad para visitas al mercado y viajes al interior y al exterior.
  • Orientación a resultados, capacidad analítica y visión de negocio.
  • Organización, buena gestión de prioridades y autonomía para liderar proyectos.
  • Excelente comunicación, facilidad para relacionarte y adaptación a entornos dinámicos.
