Buscamos una persona con sólida experiencia comercial para asumir el desafío de desarrollar y fortalecer el área de ventas de la compañía, con foco en la generación de nuevos negocios, el crecimiento de la cartera de clientes y una mayor presencia de la empresa en el mercado.

La posición tendrá un rol activo en el desarrollo comercial, combinando la gestión de clientes actuales con la prospección y captación de nuevas oportunidades, tanto en Montevideo como progresivamente en el interior del país.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales, generando nuevos clientes y ampliando la presencia de la empresa en el mercado.
  • Gestionar y fortalecer el vínculo con la cartera actual de clientes, promoviendo su desarrollo y brindando un servicio cercano.
  • Realizar visitas comerciales y recorridas a clientes en Montevideo, Maldonado, Costa de Oro y, progresivamente, diferentes puntos del interior del país.
  • Desarrollar oportunidades en distintos canales, incluyendo clientes mayoristas, distribuidores, comercios y grandes superficies.
  • Realizar seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales y acciones orientadas al crecimiento de las ventas.
  • Mantener contacto periódico con los clientes para identificar necesidades y nuevas posibilidades de negocio.
  • Visitar locales de grandes superficies para relevar la presencia, disponibilidad y correcta presentación de los productos.
  • Recabar información del mercado y de los clientes que contribuya a identificar oportunidades y tomar decisiones comerciales.
  • Incorporar progresivamente nuevas herramientas y tecnologías, incluyendo inteligencia artificial, que permitan optimizar la gestión comercial.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en posiciones comerciales, ventas y desarrollo de clientes.
  • Se valorará especialmente experiencia en el rubro alimenticio y/o conocimiento de sus canales comerciales.
  • Experiencia en venta de campo, prospección y generación de nuevos negocios.
  • Se valorará contar con formación en Marketing, Comercialización, Administración o áreas afines, aunque no constituye un requisito excluyente.
  • Interés por incorporar herramientas digitales y nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a la gestión comercial.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas comerciales y trasladarse eventualmente al interior del país.

Buscamos una persona con marcada orientación comercial, iniciativa y autonomía para desarrollar nuevas oportunidades. Será importante contar con buenas habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento, capacidad para generar vínculos de largo plazo con clientes, orientación a resultados y una actitud proactiva frente al desarrollo del negocio.

También se valorará especialmente la curiosidad y apertura hacia nuevas herramientas y formas de trabajo que permitan profesionalizar y potenciar la gestión comercial.
