Convixion selecciona para importante empresa del sector farmacéutico.

Buscamos un/a Visitador/a Médico/a para desarrollar y fortalecer el vínculo con profesionales de la salud, promoviendo el conocimiento y posicionamiento de los productos de la compañía.

La posición tendrá un rol activo en la visita médica, el desarrollo de relaciones con especialistas y la generación de oportunidades comerciales, trabajando principalmente con profesionales vinculados a otorrinolaringología y medicina general.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Realizar visitas periódicas a médicos y profesionales de la salud de acuerdo con la planificación definida.
  • Presentar y comunicar las características, beneficios y principales atributos de los productos de la compañía.
  • Desarrollar y fortalecer vínculos de largo plazo con médicos y referentes del sector.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades y ampliar progresivamente la cartera de profesionales visitados.
  • Realizar seguimiento de los contactos y acciones comerciales desarrolladas.
  • Recabar información relevante del mercado, profesionales y productos competidores.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de las visitas realizadas y realizar los reportes correspondientes.
  • Participar en actividades, eventos o instancias vinculadas con la promoción de los productos cuando sea requerido.
  • Coordinar acciones con el equipo comercial y otros referentes internos para contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa como Visitador/a Médico/a, Representante Médico/a o en posiciones comerciales dentro del sector farmacéutico.
  • Se valorará especialmente experiencia trabajando con otorrinolaringólogos, médicos generales u otras especialidades afines.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, relacionamiento y presentación.
  • Orientación comercial y capacidad para desarrollar vínculos sostenidos con profesionales de la salud.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales para el registro y seguimiento de la actividad.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas y traslados de acuerdo con la planificación comercial.

Competencias valoradas

Buscamos una persona con marcada orientación comercial, muy buenas habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para generar relaciones de confianza con los profesionales de la salud.

Será importante contar con iniciativa, autonomía y organización para gestionar la agenda de visitas, realizar un seguimiento adecuado de los contactos y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades.

Asimismo, se valorará un perfil dinámico, con interés por incorporar nuevas herramientas y formas de trabajo, capacidad de adaptación y orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos.
