Requisitos

En CONVOTIS Iberia estamos lanzando una iniciativa de talent remunerado enfocada en Spec-Driven Development (SDD), una metodología emergente que está transformando la forma en que se diseña y construye software: las especificaciones pasan a ser el artefacto central del desarrollo, y el código se genera y mantiene a partir de ellas con el apoyo de herramientas de IA.

Buscamos un perfil full stack senior con base sólida en arquitectura y diseño de APIs, con ganas de formarse en este enfoque para después incorporarse a un proyecto real dentro de la compañía.

Funciones:

  • Participar en el programa de formación y adopción de metodología SDD
  • Aportar visión full stack en el diseño de especificaciones técnicas
  • Colaborar en el diseño de arquitectura y definición de APIs
  • Prepararse para incorporarse a proyecto una vez finalizada la formación

Requisitos:

  • Aproximadamente 5 años de experiencia como desarrollador/a full stack
  • Experiencia tocando arquitectura de software y diseño/desarrollo de APIs
  • Inglés muy alto (C1)
  • Interés o curiosidad por metodologías de desarrollo asistido por IA (Spec-Driven Development, herramientas tipo Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)
