Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted partner for data‑related questions from senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, definitions, and success metrics.

  • 2–5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related role.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Deep experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong understanding of KPI design, metric governance, and data visualization best practices.
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive work from ambiguity to delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
