Lieu : Montréal (présentiel)

Notre client, une entreprise qui œuvre dans le domaine de la construction, cherche un.e Adjoint.e administratif.ve pour se joindre à leur équipe située à Ville Mont-Royal. Il s'agit d'une opportunité stimulante pour un.e Adjoint.e proactif.ve! C'est un rôle polyvalent et tout sauf classique qui permettra à l'Adjointe de toucher à tout dans l'entreprise. Si vous êtes très rigoureuse et aimez travailler en équipe, ce poste est pour vous!

VOTRE RÔLE EN TANT QU'ADJOINT.E ADMINISTRATIF.VE SERA DE:

  • Gérer l'intégralité du processus des appels d'offres, incluant l'achat et l'analyse des documents, l'identification des exigences de soumission, la coordination des demandes de cautionnement et d'assurance, ainsi que la rédaction et la soumission des dossiers;
  • Rédiger et vérifier la documentation contractuelle et administrative (contrats, soumissions, devis, bons de commande, factures, cahiers des charges, etc.);
  • Trier, organiser et archiver les documents sur SharePoint en respectant les normes ISO 9001;
  • Assurer la gestion des nouveaux projets : création des numéros de projet et intégration dans le système comptable Avantage;
  • Participer à la gestion des dossiers clients et la communication avec les différentes parties prenantes;
  • Planifier et organiser les réunions internes et externes, assurer la rédaction des comptes rendus et le suivi des actions;
  • Préparer les rapports de dépenses;
  • Aider les gestionnaires avec différentes tâches reliées aux ressources humaines et participer à divers projets internes;
  • Rédiger et diffuser des communications officielles aux collaborateurs;
  • Fournir un soutien administratif général.

LE PROFIL QUE NOUS CHERCHONS:

  • Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication à l'oral et à l'écrit en français;
  • Soucieux.se du détail avec de fortes compétences organisationnelles;
  • Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et la capacité de travailler harmonieusement en équipe;
  • Posséder une expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la construction;
  • Faire preuve d'un sens des priorités et d'une excellente organisation.
