POSTE : CHARGÉ.E DE PROGRAMME EN CLIMAT

Lieu : Montréal (hybride)

Notre client, une fondation familiale privée reconnue à Montréal qui joue un rôle actif dans le soutien à la recherche scientifique, à l'éducation, à la santé, à l'environnement et à la lutte contre les changements climatiques cherche un.e Chargé.e de programme climat pour se joindre à leur belle équipe passionnée. Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez au cœur de la coordination des programmes et des initiatives de financement. En collaboration étroite avec les directeurs(trices) de programme, vous contribuerez au suivi des subventions, à la gestion des partenariats et à la mise en œuvre de projets porteurs, tout en assurant la fluidité et la rigueur des processus!

TON RÔLE EN TANT QUE CHARGÉ.E DE PROGRAMME SERA DE:

  • Soutenir la gestion et la mise en œuvre des programmes et des plans de travail annuels;
  • Assurer le soutien administratif au processus d'octroi des subventions;
  • Gérer la réception, le suivi et les communications liés aux demandes de subvention;
  • Effectuer les recherches et vérifications préliminaires des demandes de subvention;
  • Préparer, rédiger et organiser la documentation liée aux subventions et aux programmes;
  • Préparer le matériel requis pour les réunions des comités de programme, de la direction et du conseil d'administration;
  • Assurer le suivi des échéanciers, des jalons, des livrables et des exigences de reddition de comptes;
  • Recevoir et analyser les rapports des bénéficiaires et signaler les enjeux ou risques aux directeurs de programme;
  • Assurer le suivi des partenariats, des budgets et de l'évaluation des subventions;
  • Maintenir à jour les dossiers, données et systèmes liés aux programmes et aux subventions;
  • Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des demandeurs et bénéficiaires pour les questions liées aux processus;
  • Coordonner les réunions, visites sur site, événements, projets spéciaux et initiatives interprogrammes;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

LE PROFIL QUE NOUS CHERCHONS:

  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent;
  • 5 ans minimum d'expérience en philanthropie, dans le secteur sans but lucratif ou en environnement, dans un rôle de coordination et de soutien aux programmes;
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et analytiques;
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication à l'oral et à l'écrit en français et en anglais;
  • Grande rigueur et souci du détail;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers, échéances et priorités simultanément;
  • Esprit collaboratif et excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles;
  • Intérêt marqué pour l'apprentissage et l'amélioration continue.
