A CORA Talent busca Gerente Comercial para uma startup incrívelem fase de crescimento acelerado.

Procuramos uma liderança comercial com perfil analítico, forte capacidade de execução e domínio dos principais indicadores da operação. Um profissional próximo do time e da rotina comercial, capaz de transformar dados em ações, desenvolver pessoas, conduzir conflitos e atuar como importante interface junto à diretoria.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar a operação comercial, acompanhando de forma próxima funil de vendas, conversão, buy rate, produtividade e demais KPIs, identificando gargalos e atuando diretamente nas oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Conduzir a rotina e a performance do time, estabelecendo metas, rituais comerciais, cadências de acompanhamento, feedbacks e planos de ação, garantindo maior previsibilidade e consistência nos resultados;
  • Desenvolver a equipe comercial, formando profissionais de alta performance, conduzindo conversas difíceis, mediando conflitos e mantendo clareza sobre responsabilidades, prioridades e entregas;
  • Atuar como interface entre a operação comercial e a diretoria, consolidando indicadores, apresentando resultados e transformando os direcionamentos do negócio em ações práticas junto à equipe.
  • Experiência prévia em startups, marketplaces ou negócios de alta cadência comercial, com atuação em ambientes dinâmicos, orientados a metas e crescimento acelerado;
  • Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência liderando times de vendas ou áreas correlatas, com atuação próxima à operação, gestão de performance e desenvolvimento de pessoas;
  • Perfil fortemente analítico e orientado a dados, com experiência prática no acompanhamento de KPIs, funil, conversão, produtividade e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria. Forte domínio de Excel é indispensável;
  • Experiência na implementação e condução de metas, rituais de gestão e cadências comerciais, aliada à capacidade de desenvolver pessoas, administrar conflitos, cobrar performance e manter uma boa interface com a diretoria.

Diferenciais: Experiência em operações B2B ou C2B, mercado automotivo, fintechs ou serviços financeiros, além de familiaridade com ferramentas de BI, SQL, automações e Inteligência Artificial aplicadas a processos comerciais.
