In onze flexpools krijg je het beste van twee werelden: werken waar en wanneer het jou uitkomt en tegelijkertijd deel uitmaken van een betrokken, kleurrijke organisatie. De flexpool binnen Cordaan is er voor mensen die houden van afwisseling, graag veel regie hebben over hun eigen rooster en een groot hart hebben voor onze cliënten. Cordaan heeft binnen de verschillende domeinen diverse locaties en (wijk)teams waarbinnen cliënten wonen of zorg ontvangen. Denk hierbij aan de thuiszorg, VGZ, LVB/GGZ, Jeugd, Dagbesteding of Intensieve Zorg VGZ. Elk domein heeft zijn eigen flexpool. Wat krijg jij van ons?

  • Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
  • Salaris conform de CAO passend bij de sector (VVT of Gehandicatptenzorg);
  • De luxe om jouw eigen rooster in te delen;

  • Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van het bruto jaarinkomen en vakantietoeslag van 8% per jaar;

Wie ben jij?

Je bent in bezit van een relevant zorgdiploma;

  • Je bent flexibel, enthousiast en staat stevig in je schoenen;
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en vindt het leuk om steeds ergens anders ingezet te worden;
  • Je hebt werkervaring en affiniteit met een van onze doelgroepen.

Waar ga je werken?

Vanuit de flexpool heb je zelf de regie over jouw rooster en kan je werken op verschillende locaties verspreid over heel Amsterdam, daar waar ondersteuning nodig is.

Let op! We zoeken momenteel geen mensen meer in de flexpool woon-zorg locaties voor ouderen.
