Wat krijg je van Cordaan? We bieden je een uitdagende positie binnen een kleurrijke organisatie die de ambitie heeft de beste zorgverlener en zorgwerkgever van Amsterdam te zijn. Voor deze functie zijn de arbeidsvoorwaarden conform cao Gehandicaptenzorg

  • Contract: jaarcontract van 7 maanden (met een uren indicatie van minimaal 2 uur per week)
  • Salaris: FWG 25: min. €2.337 en max. €3.212 o.b.v. 36 uur per week (Dit is minimaal €13,66 en maximaal €18,89 bruto per uur)
  • Extra’s: Eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%), vakantiegeld (8%) en onregelmatigheidstoeslag;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding
  • Pensioenopbouw via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn;
  • Ontwikkelmogelijkheden: Volop mogelijkheden om je persoonlijk en professioneel te ontwikkelen;
  • Collega aandragen? Ontvang in totaal een aanbrengbonus van € 500,- netto.

Wat ga je doen? Als flexstudent in de gehandicaptenzorg bij Cordaan in Amsterdam ondersteun je cliënten in hun dagelijks leven. Je werkt binnen het domein Wonen, Werk en Dagbesteding (WWD) en helpt cliënten met ADL (Algemene Dagelijkse Levensverrichtingen), zoals persoonlijke verzorging en dagelijkse activiteiten. Jouw werk draagt direct bij aan het welzijn en de zelfstandigheid van de cliënten. Een mooie manier om jouw kennis vanuit de opleiding direct in de praktijk te brengen!

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag op verschillende locaties van Cordaan in Amsterdam en omstreken. Als flexstudent werk je in een team, waar je altijd kunt rekenen op de steun van ervaren collega’s. Je wordt flexibel ingezet op verschillende afdelingen, maar staat nooit alleen, zodat je je zorgvaardigheden optimaal kunt ontwikkelen in een veilige omgeving.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je zit minimaal in het laatste jaar van je zorgopleiding op mbo 3-, mbo 4-, hbo- of wo-niveau
  • Je bent minimaal 18 jaar oud
  • Je hebt ervaring met persoonlijke verzorging van cliënten of bent bereid dit te leren
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en leergierig: je schakelt snel tussen taken en ziet deze functie als een mooie kans om te leren en groeien in de zorg
  • Je hebt een groot inlevingsvermogen en wilt cliënten in de zorg optimaal ondersteunen
