Responsável por apoiar os processos de planejamento financeiro, orçamento, forecast e análise de desempenho econômico da Coritiba SAF. Atua na consolidação de informações, construção de modelos financeiros, análise de variações e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais, contribuindo para a tomada de decisões estratégicas. Trabalha de forma integrada com diversas áreas, garantindo a consistência dos dados e a aderência às metas corporativas, além de promover melhorias contínuas nos processos de planejamento e controle financeiro. Cumpre as normas e os procedimentos internos e externos, bem como as políticas internas da empresa.

ATIVIDADES:

  • Elaborar, acompanhar e revisar o orçamento anual, fluxo de caixa, forecast e planos financeiros de curto, médio e longo prazo, considerando as principais linhas de receita e custo do clube (direitos de transmissão, patrocínios, bilheteria, sócio-torcedor, A&B, transferências de atletas e folha do elenco).
  • Realizar análises de desempenho financeiro e variações entre o real e o orçado, identificando causas e propondo ações corretivas.
  • Preparar e apresentar relatórios gerenciais e dashboards com KPIs financeiros para suporte à tomada de decisão estratégica.
  • Apoiar a construção de business cases, estudos de viabilidade econômica e análises de rentabilidade por linha de receita, projeto ou unidade de negócio.
  • Conduzir análises de sensibilidade, cenários e projeções para embasar decisões corporativas.
  • Interagir com diferentes áreas da empresa para coletar dados, entender premissas e alinhar objetivos financeiros.
  • Contribuir para o aprimoramento de modelos financeiros, processos de planejamento e sistemas de controle de performance.
  • Assegurar a conformidade com normas internas, políticas financeiras e regulamentações aplicáveis.
  • Elaborar apresentações executivas para apoio em reuniões estratégicas.

O QUE BUSCAMOS EM VOCÊ:

  • Graduação completa em Finanças, Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou Engenharia;
  • Experiência sólida em FP&A, Controladoria, Planejamento e Análise Financeira, Análise de Dados ou áreas correlatas de Finanças.
  • Conhecimentos em FP&A (orçamento, forecast e modelagem financeira), Excel avançado, BI (Power BI ou similar), análise de dados e uso de ferramentas de IA. Desejável: SQL e experiência com ERP (NetSuite).
