En DK buscamos un pasaste de sistemas, que pueda apoyar en la administración y mantenimiento de los equipos tecnológicos e informáticos, brindando soporte de primer nivel a los usuarios y gestionando la mesa de servicio en coordinación con los analistas de Sistemas.

Funciones principales

  • Apoyar en el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos tecnológicos e informáticos.
  • Brindar soporte de primer nivel a los usuarios en incidentes relacionados con hardware, software y conectividad.
  • Registrar, clasificar y dar seguimiento a los requerimientos e incidentes reportados en la mesa de servicio.
  • Resolver solicitudes básicas de soporte y escalar los casos que requieran atención especializada.
  • Coordinar con los analistas de Sistemas la atención de los casos escalados y dar seguimiento hasta su cierre.
  • Apoyar en la instalación y configuración de equipos, programas y periféricos.

Monitorear el funcionamiento de las herramientas y aplicaciones que se entregan en las computadoras.

Receptar necesidades internas de usuarios.

Requisitos

🎓 Estudiantes de últimos semestres de:

  • 💻 Ingeniería en Sistemas.
  • 🌐 Ingeniería en Redes.
  • 📡 Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones.
  • 🛠️ MANTENIMIENTO DE EQUIPOS.
  • 🌐 CONFIGURACIÓN DE REDES.
  • 🔧 REPARACIÓN BÁSICA DE EQUIPOS.
  • 🖧 CONOCIMIENTOS BÁSICOS EN REDES E INFRAESTRUCTURA.
