En DK estamos en las búsqueda de un Técnico Hidrosanitario para San Luis Shopping, donde vas a garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones hidrosanitarias y de suministro de agua de los centros comerciales, mediante la inspección, operación y mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de sus sistemas, equipos y componentes.

Funciones principales

  • Operar y controlar los sistemas hidrosanitarios y de suministro de agua.
  • Ejecutar el cronograma de mantenimiento de tuberías principales, trampas de grasa, instalaciones sanitarias y equipos relacionados.
  • Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de lavabos, inodoros, tuberías, válvulas y demás componentes hidrosanitarios.
  • Inspeccionar el tipo y estado de las tuberías instaladas en los locales y reportar los hallazgos al supervisor de Mantenimiento.
  • Ejecutar y controlar la limpieza del sistema de alcantarillado interno.
  • Controlar la limpieza de las cisternas de agua potable y de aguas servidas.
  • Detectar y corregir fugas y filtraciones dentro de los centros comerciales.
  • Realizar las lecturas y registrar el consumo de agua y gas de los locales.
  • Verificar el funcionamiento y la apertura de las llaves de paso para asegurar el suministro continuo de agua potable.
  • Apoyar en trabajos complementarios de mantenimiento, como reparaciones de gypsum y pintura, según las necesidades del área y las instrucciones del jefe inmediato.

Requisitos

🎓 Bachiller técnico (deseable certificado en riesgos).

  • 🛠️ Técnicas de mantenimiento general.
  • 🔧 Instalación de sistemas hidrosanitarios y plomería.
  • 💧 Control de plantas de tratamiento de agua potable y aguas residuales.
