Descripción del puesto

  • Gestionar la base de datos asignada para prospectar, contactar, hacer seguimiento y cerrar ventas.
  • Brindar asesoría personalizada a alumnos, padres y prospectos interesados en la oferta educativa.
  • Registrar y actualizar la gestión comercial en plataformas como Genesys, HubSpot y CRM.
  • Participar en campañas, eventos y actividades de captación para generar y convertir leads.
  • Realizar seguimiento y recuperación de prospectos para impulsar la conversión.
  • Cumplir los indicadores y metas de contactabilidad, conversión y ventas establecidos por campaña.
  • Participar en reuniones de status semanales y entregar el reporte de los avances del programa en campaña de venta para el seguimiento de alcance de la meta.
  • Desempeñar otras responsabilidades que se le asigne dentro del ámbito de sus funciones para llegar a las metas de captación o contactabilidad

Requisitos

  • Estudios técnicos concluidos en Administración, ingeniería, marketing o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mayor a 1 año en posiciones similares.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de sistemas de bases como Genesys, Hubspot entre otros.
  • Microsoft Office, nivel intermedio.
  • Disponibilidad para laboral en horarios rotativos mensuales de lunes a sábados en el distrito de La Molina.
