Descripción del puesto

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a: Asistente de métricas y presupuesto.

Objetivo del Puesto: Brindar soporte en el control y seguimiento del presupuesto de gastos de personal y OPEX, así como en la gestión y análisis de indicadores de Recursos Humanos, asegurando la confiabilidad de la información para facilitar la toma de decisiones estratégicas del área de Talento y Cultura.

Funciones:

  • Actualizar el presupuesto de gastos de personal, incorporando los movimientos organizacionales y verificando la correcta clasificación de las partidas de gasto.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de la ejecución presupuestal y del OPEX de la Corporación USIL, comparando lo presupuestado versus lo ejecutado e identificando las principales desviaciones.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración y actualización del Forecast de gastos de personal, considerando ingresos, ceses, vacantes, incrementos salariales y otros movimientos con impacto presupuestal.
  • Conciliar las cuentas contables vinculadas a nómina y gastos de personal, y elaborar los asientos manuales requeridos para el cierre contable en SAP, asegurando la consistencia de la información financiera.
  • Mantener actualizados los indicadores de gestión de personas, incluyendo Headcount, rotación, ausentismo, vacaciones, vacantes, movimientos y costos de personal.
  • Mantener actualizados dashboards y reportes analíticos de personas, identificando tendencias, variaciones y principales hallazgos que faciliten el seguimiento de la gestión y la toma de decisiones.
  • Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos, reportes y herramientas de seguimiento de presupuesto y métricas de personas, optimizando la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y análisis de la información.
  • Desempeñar otras responsabilidades que se le asigne dentro del ámbito de sus funciones.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller o egresado de las carreras de Administración, Economía, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Empresarial o afines.
  • Deseable formación complementaria en Finanzas, Control de Gestión, Presupuestos o Analítica de Datos.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en análisis de datos, control presupuestal, finanzas o métricas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado e indicadores de recursos humanos.
  • Conocimientos de presupuesto, forecast y análisis de desviaciones.
  • Deseable conocimiento de SAP y conciliaciones contables.
