Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a: Asistente de Proyecto Edtech.

Objetivo: Brindar soporte técnico y operativo a la gestión de proyectos de tecnología educativa (EdTech), participando en el levantamiento de necesidades, diseño, prototipado, configuración, pruebas, implementación y mejora de soluciones digitales para los procesos académicos, contribuyendo a la mejora de la experiencia de docentes y estudiantes y la adopción responsable, segura, accesible y pertinente de tecnologías como inteligencia artificial, automatización, plataformas educativas y experiencias inmersivas.

Funciones:

  • Apoyar el levantamiento y documentación de necesidades de las áreas académicas y usuarias, traduciendo requerimientos en historias de usuario, flujos, criterios de aceptación o especificaciones funcionales sencillas.
  • Desarrollar, configurar y probar prototipos y soluciones digitales con herramientas de IA generativa, asistentes virtuales, formularios y aplicaciones de bajo código, validando su utilidad antes de su implementación.
  • Crear y mantener automatizaciones de tareas y flujos de trabajo con Power Automate, Power Apps y herramientas equivalentes, documentando sus reglas, responsables, excepciones y resultados.
  • Apoyar la configuración, integración y validación funcional de plataformas educativas (LMS), herramientas colaborativas y aplicaciones institucionales, coordinando con TI y proveedores cuando se requieran permisos, conectores o cambios técnicos.
  • Colaborar en el diseño y prueba de recursos y experiencias de aprendizaje con IA, realidad virtual, realidad aumentada, simulaciones y otras tecnologías inmersivas, considerando el propósito pedagógico y la experiencia del usuario.
  • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales y pilotos; registrar incidencias, evidencias y retroalimentación de docentes, estudiantes y otras personas usuarias; y dar seguimiento a los ajustes hasta su validación.
  • Aplicar pautas institucionales de uso responsable de IA, privacidad y protección de datos, seguridad de la información, derechos de autor, accesibilidad digital y uso de contenidos, escalando riesgos o incidentes a los responsables.
  • Desempeñar otras funciones que su líder inmediato le confiere.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Informática, Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería Industrial, Educación con orientación tecnológica o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en proyectos de tecnología, transformación digital, automatización de procesos o implementación de soluciones digitales.
  • Cursos en gestión de proyectos, IA, automatización de procesos, analítica de datos, diseño de experiencias digitales, accesibilidad o tecnologías educativas.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, a nivel avanzado.
  • Manejo de Power Apps y Automate, a nivel básico.
