Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a: Asistente de Operaciones.

Objetivo: Gestionar y asegurar la correcta administración y seguimiento del portafolio de créditos educativos asignado mediante la actualización de los cronogramas de pago, la gestión de los desembolsos, la formalización de los contratos de crédito, un adecuado análisis crediticio y la conciliación de la información recibida de las universidades aliadas, garantizando el cumplimiento de las condiciones del crédito, así como la continuidad del financiamiento y la matrícula de los beneficiarios, en coordinación con las áreas internas y externas involucradas.

Funciones:

  • Actualizar los cronogramas de pago para los beneficiarios que forman parte del programa de crédito educativo.
  • Realizar el seguimiento para obtener la aceptación de los cronogramas de pago actualizados o modificados.
  • Solicitar a las áreas de créditos y cobranzas de las universidades aliadas información de los beneficiarios para actualizar los cronogramas de pago de su crédito.
  • Conciliar con las áreas de créditos y cobranzas de las universidades aliadas los desembolsos correspondientes al semestre de estudios de su portafolio de créditos, así como realizar toda la gestión de los desembolsos a las universidades con las áreas internas.
  • Elaborar las solicitudes crediticias (amortización de deuda, liquidación de deuda, modificación de cuota mensual, retiro del programa, entre otros) a los créditos educativos cuando corresponda y gestionar la actualización y firma respectiva de los contratos y/o adendas que se generen a lo largo de la vida del crédito.
  • Enviar a las universidades aliadas las listas de beneficiarios a los que se les va a financiar el siguiente semestre, y asegurar sus pases de matrícula.
  • Desempeñar otras funciones que su líder inmediato le confiere.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller de Economía, Economía y Finanzas, Economía y Negocios Internacionales, Administración y Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales y profesiones afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en organización y gestión de productos financieros/crediticios para personas naturales, como analista o asistente.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, a nivel avanzado.
  • Manejo de Power Bi, a nivel básico (deseable).
  • Dominio del Inglés, a nivel intermedio.
