Misión: Responsable de gestionar, oportuna y eficientemente las solicitudes de compra que se obtengan a través de las plataformas de generación de requerimientos seguido de la creacion de licitaciones, RFx, indagaciones de mercado, creación de contratos y catálogos para obtener la mejor oferta posible tanto en lo comercial como en lo técnico.

Funciones:

  • Responsable de coordinar, identificar y analizar las necesidades de las areas usuarias mediante la negociación, selección del proveedor, emisión de la orden de compra, kick-off, seguimiento y entrega del pedido hasta el pago, con la finalidad de asegurar un buen nivel de servicio y maximizar la rentabilidad del negocio.
  • Prepara y ejecuta una estrategia de negociación efectiva para los procesos bajo su alcance y responsabilidad.
  • Coordinar y mantener un contacto fluido con los usuarios internos y/o áreas especializadas con el fin de detectar necesidades y solicitar la planificación de los mismos.
  • Identificar y gestionar tarifarios, catálogos y/o contratos de bienes y/o servicios recurrentes para seleccionar proveedores a largo plazo con el objetivo de asegurar el abastecimiento oportuno y con las mejores condiciones comerciales.
  • Coordinar con Tesorería el pago de proveedores (adelantos, cartas fianza, factoring, pagos al contado, cumplimiento de condiciones de pago) para la atención oportuna del proveedor.
  • Responsable de utilizar el módulo de E-compras, SAP y/u otro determinado para la gestión de Compras.
  • Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de compras, finanzas y del área legal que competan para el desarrollo de sus funciones.
  • Desempeñar otras funciones de apoyo solicitada por la jefatura o coordinadora con el fin de contribuir al buen desarrollo del área.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller en las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Logística, Cadena de Abastecimiento o afines.
  • Experiencia de 1 a 3 años como asistente de compras, comprador o analista de compras.
  • Estudios de posgrado concluidos en gestión de la Cadena de Abastecimiento, Operaciones o similar (deseable)
  • Experiencia demostrable en la elaboración y ejecución de procesos de compra (RFx/auctions/Bidding). (deseable)
  • Conocimiento en SAP
  • Nivel de Excel: Intermedio - Avanzado
