Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Docente Tiempo Completo para el curso de Estadística Descriptiva E Inferencia Estadística.

Funciones:

  • Elaborar, actualizar y desarrollar sílabos, sesiones de aprendizaje, material académico e instrumentos de evaluación en coordinación con las autoridades académicas.
  • Evaluar el desempeño académico de los estudiantes, brindando retroalimentación oportuna y registrando notas, asistencia y avance académico en las plataformas institucionales.
  • Realizar seguimiento al progreso académico y asistencia de los estudiantes, promoviendo su participación y logro de competencias profesionales.
  • Planificar, desarrollar y evaluar las sesiones de aprendizaje virtuales (síncronas y asíncronas) conforme al sílabo oficial.
  • Guiar a los estudiantes en el diseño de instrumentos de recolección de datos (formularios Google) y en el procesamiento mediante software estadístico.
  • Evaluar de manera formativa y sumativa el Entregable 1 (Reporte estadístico descriptivo), Entregable 2 (Reporte estadístico inferencial) y las prácticas calificadas, brindando retroalimentación oportuna.
  • Fomentar la competencia de investigación y el cumplimiento de la integridad académica y la norma APA.
  • Participar en las coordinaciones académicas del curso organizadas por la facultad.
  • Contribuir a los procesos de mejora continua, calidad educativa y fortalecimiento académico de USIL.

Requisitos

  • Grado Académico: Título Profesional con Grado de Maestro en Estadística, Matemática, Ingeniería Estadística, Economía, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia Docente: Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en docencia universitaria a nivel de pregrado, preferentemente en la modalidad a distancia o virtual (manejo de plataformas LMS como Canvas).
  • Experiencia Profesional: Experiencia en análisis de datos, consultoría estadística, investigación o gestión de proyectos donde se aplique estadística descriptiva, probabilidades y pruebas de hipótesis.
  • Competencias Técnicas y Digitales: Dominio avanzado de software estadístico especializado (ej. SPSS, R, Minitab o Excel avanzado). Manejo fluido de herramientas de videoconferencia y entornos virtuales de aprendizaje. Conocimiento y aplicación rigurosa de las normas APA (última edición).
  • Disponibilidad para laborar a tiempo completo en La Molina.
