Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Docente Tiempo Completo para el curso de Fundamentos de Competencias Digitales.

Funciones:

  • Dictar clases en las unidades didácticas y/o asignaturas asignadas, de acuerdo con los lineamientos académicos e institucionales establecidos.
  • Elaborar, actualizar y desarrollar sílabos, sesiones de aprendizaje, material académico e instrumentos de evaluación en coordinación con las autoridades académicas.
  • Evaluar el desempeño académico de los estudiantes, brindando retroalimentación oportuna y registrando notas, asistencia y avance académico en las plataformas institucionales.
  • Realizar seguimiento al progreso académico y asistencia de los estudiantes, promoviendo su participación y logro de competencias profesionales.
  • Conducir el desarrollo de las sesiones virtuales síncronas y asíncronas estructuradas en torno al desarrollo del proyecto acreditable del curso.
  • Asesorar a los estudiantes en la formulación de ecuaciones de búsqueda, aplicación de criterios PRISMA y uso de gestores bibliográficos (Zotero).
  • Orientar el uso constructivo de la IA generativa para la construcción de marcos teóricos y la creación de contenidos digitales originales (Sway, portafolios, storyboard).
  • Evaluar el desempeño continuo de los estudiantes a través de actividades prácticas, rúbricas de validación entre pares y la entrega final del producto acreditable.
  • Fomentar buenas prácticas de identidad digital, ciberseguridad y prevención del plagio mediante Turnitin.
  • Contribuir a los procesos de mejora continua, calidad educativa y fortalecimiento académico de USIL.

Requisitos

  • Grado Académico: Título Profesional con Grado de Maestro en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Educación con mención en Tecnologías Educativas, Ciencias de la Comunicación o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia Docente: Mínimo de 3 años en docencia universitaria de pregrado, con sólida experiencia en entornos virtuales de aprendizaje (LMS Canvas) y metodologías activas (Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos, Proyectos Formativos).
  • Experiencia Profesional: Experiencia en transformación digital, gestión de proyectos tecnológicos, docencia en alfabetización digital o investigación educativa mediada por TIC.
  • Competencias Técnicas y Digitales: Dominio experto de herramientas de colaboración en la nube (OneDrive, Canva, Sway, Genially, etc.). Manejo avanzado de herramientas de gestión de información y citación (Zotero, Notebook LM, Turnitin). Uso pedagógico y ético de Inteligencias Artificiales Generativas (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini) y criterios de ciberseguridad.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar a tiempo completo en La Molina.
