Job Description

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in New Product Development
  • Broad mechanical design knowledgebase from plastic injection moulding, through metal casting and additive manufacturing, to sheet metal fabrication and turning/milling
  • Experience with composite materials is desirable
  • Hands-On experience in production and assembly of parts is a plus

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Technical SkillsProficiency with CAD and simulation tools (preferably Solidworks and Solidworks PDM) Experience in freeform modelling is a plus Strong knowledge of GD&T Experience in mechatronical systems is a plus
  • Soft SkillsFluent in English, written and spoken Fluency in German is a plus Strong analytical and structured problem-solving approach Hands-On mentality with strong ownership and accountability Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines Excellent communication skills in international environments Experience working with predominantly Asian manufacturing partners
