The Opportunity We’re looking for a warm, engaging, and service-driven Front Desk Agent to join Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection. As one of the first and most important points of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for every stay. From welcoming arrivals to handling departures and everything in between, you’ll play a key role in creating seamless, memorable guest experiences from the very first moment.

About Hotel Vin Rogers Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection is an exciting new lifestyle boutique hotel in Rogers, Arkansas—and we're building an exceptional opening team to bring it to life. Joining our team means helping shape the culture, setting the standards, and creating the experiences that will define the hotel from day one. Have hospitality or guest service experience preferred. Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally. Stay calm and focused in busy or high-pressure moments. Enjoy helping guests feel valued and cared for. Are comfortable learning hotel systems and processes. Want to be part of an opening team creating something special from day one.

REQUIREMENTS Educational and Experience Requirements

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Front desk or hotel experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel systems. Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
