You understand that Public Area Attendant is both operationally essential and deeply personal to the guest experience. You will help create a welcoming first impression by keeping our hotel’s shared spaces clean, comfortable, and inviting. From the lobby and hallways to elevators and restrooms, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help ensure every guest and team member enjoys a well-maintained environment. You have a strong eye for detail and can spot what needs attention before a guest does.

Education and Experience

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and safety practices preferred. Good communication and teamwork skills. Friendly, professional, and committed to exceptional service.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, reaching, and moving cleaning equipment. Ability to work throughout the property, including hallways, stairs, and public spaces. Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Mus be available to work weekend and holidays.
