Je wordt onderdeel van ons financiële team en werk nauw samen met onze financial controller. Samen zorgen jullie voor een sterke financiële basis. Daarnaast help jij de organisatie steeds beter te sturen op informatie, rendement en groei.

Business Control

· Analyseren van resultaten, marges en projectrendementen

· Opstellen en verbeteren van managementrapportages

· Ondersteunen van budgetten en forecasts

· Signaleren van kansen, risico's en afwijkingen

· Onderbouwen van investerings- en businesscases

· Vertalen van cijfers naar concrete acties voor MT en directie

· Ontwikkelen van KPI-dashboards en stuurinformatie

Finance

· Verwerken en controleren van financiële gegevens

· Bijdragen aan maandafsluitingen

· Ondersteunen bij debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer

· Bewaken van cashflow en werkkapitaal

· Verbeteren en automatiseren van financiële processen

Je bent analytisch, zelfstandig en ondernemend. Je krijgt energie van het creëren van structuur en inzicht en vindt het leuk om financiële vraagstukken te vertalen naar concrete acties.

Je bent niet alleen bezig met wat er gisteren is gebeurd, maar kijkt vooral vooruit. Je ziet verbeterkansen, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen om zaken beter te maken.

Wij zoeken geen perfect cv. Wij zoeken iemand die nieuwsgierig is, eigenaarschap neemt en graag verder kijkt dan de cijfers alleen.

  • HBO- of WO-opleiding in Finance, Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Ervaring in een brede financiële rol, bij voorkeur binnen een groeiende organisatie.
  • Ervaring met financiële afsluitingen, rapportages, budgetten en forecast.
  • Ervaring met business control, cashflow en werkkapitaal.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om financiële informatie te vertalen naar heldere inzichten.
  • Ervaring met procesverbetering, automatisering en/of financiële systemen is een sterke pré.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om als sparringpartner op te treden richting directie en management.

- Een proactieve en praktische werkhouding en een sterk gevoel voor eigenaarschap.
