Als Medewerker Buitendienst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het inmeten, monteren en perfect afwerken van maatwerkproducten aan boord van luxe jachten en tenders. Dankzij jouw vakmanschap sluiten kussens, panelen en andere interieuronderdelen naadloos aan op de wensen van de klant en de hoge kwaliteitsstandaard van CoverWorks.

Je bent het gezicht van onze organisatie op locatie en zorgt voor een professionele oplevering. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's van productie, engineering en projectmanagement. Je signaleert verbeterpunten, denkt mee over praktische oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat ieder project tot in de puntjes wordt afgerond.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze hoogwaardige maatwerkproducten perfect passen én perfect worden opgeleverd.

Jouw rol in het kort

Buitendienstwerkzaamheden

  • Je meet kussens, panelen en andere maatwerkproducten nauwkeurig in op locatie.
  • Je monteert en werkt producten vakkundig af aan boord van jachten en tenders.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit, pasvorm en compleetheid van het eindproduct bij oplevering.
  • Je signaleert technische uitdagingen of afwijkingen en koppelt deze terug aan productie en engineering.
  • Je adviseert klanten over het gebruik, onderhoud en de duurzaamheid van onze producten.

Samenwerking & communicatie

  • Je werkt intensief samen met collega's van productie, engineering, planning en projectmanagement.
  • Je ondersteunt de samenwerking met externe productiepartners op locatie.
  • Je deelt praktijkervaringen en klantfeedback zodat we onze producten en processen continu kunnen verbeteren.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan werkoverleggen en projectbesprekingen.

Jij bent iemand die:

  • Graag met zijn of haar handen werkt en trots is op een perfect eindresultaat.
  • Zelfstandig werkt, maar ook graag onderdeel is van een hecht team.
  • Oog heeft voor kwaliteit, details en afwerking.
  • Oplossingsgericht denkt en flexibel inspeelt op situaties op locatie.
  • Klantvriendelijk is en representatief voor de dag komt.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag initiatief toont.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring met montagewerkzaamheden of interieurbouw, meubelmakerij of een vergelijkbare technische functie.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en nauwkeurig werken.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en denkt in praktische oplossingen.
  • Je bent bereid regelmatig op locatie te werken en vindt reizen geen probleem.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en schakelt gemakkelijk met collega's en klanten.
