Als Projectmanager ben jij de spil tussen klant, interne teams en leveranciers. Jij zorgt dat projecten niet alleen goed bedacht worden, maar ook strak gepland, slim ingekocht en succesvol worden opgeleverd.

Je stuurt projecten van A tot Z aan. Dat betekent:

Projectplanning & uitvoering

  • Opstellen en bewaken van planning, budget en scope
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte inzet van mensen, materialen en middelen
  • Tijdig bijsturen wanneer planning, kosten of kwaliteit onder druk komen
  • Administratieve borging van jouw projecten (helder, compleet en up-to-date)
  • Offertes opstellen en wijzigingen (change requests) managen
  • Samples beoordelen en adviseren over producten, materialen en toepassingen
  • Betrokken zijn bij inkoop, sourcing van leveranciers en logistieke afstemming
  • Meewerken aan kwaliteit (QC) en sustainability-vraagstukken binnen projecten

Stakeholdermanagement & communicatie

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers én interne collega’s
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties
  • Helder communiceren over voortgang, beslissingen en risico’s
  • Rapporteren aan management en opdrachtgever zonder ruis of verrassingen

Risico- & kwaliteitsmanagement

  • Risico’s vroeg signaleren en omzetten in concrete acties
  • Operationele problemen snel en praktisch oplossen
  • Projecten evalueren en verbeteringen meenemen naar volgende projecten

Jij bent iemand die:

  • Structuur brengt zonder bureaucratisch te worden
  • Beslissingen durft te nemen en eigenaarschap pakt
  • Het overzicht bewaart, ook als er veel tegelijk gebeurt
  • Techniek, productie en commercie met elkaar verbindt

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Ervaring als projectmanager, bij voorkeur in een maak- of productieomgeving
  • Je weet hoe je scope, planning, budget en stakeholders stuurt
  • Je communiceert helder en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende niveaus
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt in oplossingen
  • Affiniteit met materialen, productieprocessen en maatwerk is een pré
