Als Modern Workplace Engineer zorg jij ervoor dat onze collega's wereldwijd veilig, efficiënt en probleemloos kunnen werken. Je bent samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor onze moderne Microsoft-werkomgeving en houdt je bezig met onder andere Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management en security.

Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Harmelen ondersteun je de organisatie in Nederland en onze vestigingen in Duitsland, de Verenigde Staten en Nieuw-Zeeland. Daarbij ben je niet alleen bezig met het dagelijks beheer. Je kijkt continu hoe we onze digitale werkplek slimmer, veiliger en beter kunnen inrichten.

Je krijgt veel ruimte om verbeteringen zelf te signaleren én te realiseren. De ene dag optimaliseer je onze Intune-omgeving of security policies, de andere dag werk je aan Microsoft 365, device management, software deployment of een technisch vraagstuk voor een collega.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert en optimaliseert onze Microsoft 365-omgeving, waaronder Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Universal Print, Defender en Teams Calling;
  • Je beheert Microsoft Intune en zorgt voor een veilige en goed ingerichte omgeving voor laptops, mobiele apparaten en andere endpoints;
  • Je werkt aan endpoint security, compliance policies, conditional access en security policies;
  • Je ontwikkelt, beheert en distribueert softwarepakketten en zorgt ervoor dat applicaties en systemen up-to-date blijven;
  • Je denkt actief na over verdere standaardisatie en automatisering van onze Modern Workplace;
  • Je analyseert en lost complexere IT-vraagstukken op en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe collega's vanaf hun eerste werkdag beschikken over een goed ingerichte en veilige digitale werkplek;
  • Je draagt bij aan onze informatiebeveiliging en ondersteunt bij het onderhouden van onze ISO 27001-certificering;
  • Je signaleert mogelijkheden om onze IT-omgeving te verbeteren en krijgt de ruimte om deze verbeteringen daadwerkelijk door te voeren.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365, systeembeheer of endpoint management;
  • Je hebt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding richting IT of beschikt over vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt ruime hands-on ervaring met Microsoft 365, Entra ID en Microsoft Intune;
  • Je hebt ervaring met Windows-omgevingen en endpoint management;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met security en weet hoe je een moderne werkplek veilig en beheersbaar houdt;
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, software deployment of automatisering is een pré;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels;
  • Je bent servicegericht en communicatief sterk, maar vindt het minstens zo interessant om structurele technische verbeteringen door te voeren;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt in oplossingen en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te kunnen werken aan belangrijke onderwerpen maar ook in staat om in team te opereren

  • Maandelijks €50 budget voor thuiswerken op basis van 40 uur;
  • €500 budget voor een ergonomische thuiswerkplek;
  • Gratis vers fruit op kantoor.
