Creaitor ist die GEO-Plattform (Generative Engine Optimization), die Unternehmen zeigt, ob und wie sie von KI-Suchmaschinen empfohlen werden – und was sie dagegen tun können. Über 220'000 registrierte Nutzer, Kunden vom Mittelstand bis zum Konzern, Präsenz an DMEXCO und OMR, und ein Markt, der gerade erst aufwacht.

Was fehlt, ist die Person, die das Ding systematisch verkauft. Du bist die erste. Es gibt kein Sales-Playbook, das du übernehmen kannst. Du schreibst es.

Die Rolle in einem Satz

Du besitzt den ganzen Zyklus: Liste bauen, anrufen, Erstgespräch, Demo, Angebot, Verhandlung, Unterschrift. Kein SDR, der dir Termine liefert. Kein Inbound-Strom, der dich trägt. Was am Monatsende auf dem Board steht, hast du selbst dorthin gebracht.

So verdienst du

Wir sagen es offen: Das Fixum ist bewusst moderat. Die Provision ist es nicht. Sie ist ungedeckelt, gilt ab dem ersten abgeschlossenen Franken und steigt, je mehr du bringst. Wer gut ist, verdient bei uns deutlich mehr als in einer Konzern-Sales-Rolle mit hohem Fixum. Wer nur mittelmässig ist, verdient weniger. Genau das ist die Idee.

Dazu: Beteiligung am Unternehmen. Wenn du das Sales-Setup aufbaust, profitierst du auch vom Wert, den es schafft.

Die konkreten Zahlen besprechen wir im ersten Gespräch. Wenn du sie schon hier bräuchtest, um dich zu bewerben, ist es wahrscheinlich nicht deine Rolle.

Was dich erwartet

  • Mehr Ablehnung als Zusagen, besonders in den ersten Monaten. GEO ist neu; du erklärst oft zuerst das Problem, bevor du die Lösung zeigst.
  • Direkter Draht zum Founder. Du bekommst Entscheidungen in Stunden, nicht Wochen – und wirst genauso schnell an deinen Zahlen gemessen.
  • Ein Produkt, das du live am Telefon zeigen kannst: Domain eingeben, Sichtbarkeitsreport in Minuten. Der Aha-Moment ist dein bester Verkäufer.
  • Deals von vierstelligen Jahresabos bis zu Enterprise-Verträgen mit Managed Service im hohen fünfstelligen Bereich.
  • Die Perspektive, in zwei Jahren das Team zu führen, das du aufgebaut hast.

Wen wir nicht suchen

Jemanden, der Sicherheit sucht, Termine geliefert bekommen will oder ein grosses Fixum braucht, um morgens aufzustehen. Das ist völlig legitim – aber nicht hier.
