Immer mehr Kaufentscheidungen beginnen nicht mehr bei Google, sondern in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini oder Claude. Unsere Plattform zeigt Unternehmen, ob und wie sie dort empfohlen werden, wie sie im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz dastehen und was sie konkret tun können, um sichtbarer zu werden.

Unsere Kunden sind Marken, die ihre KI-Sichtbarkeit selbst steuern wollen, und Agenturen, die GEO als neue Leistung für ihre Kunden anbieten. Der Markt ist jung. Viele Unternehmen spüren das Problem, haben aber noch keine Lösung und oft noch nicht einmal einen Namen dafür.

Genau hier startest du.

Du verkaufst die GEO-Plattform aktiv an Unternehmen und Agenturen im DACH-Raum. Du gehst raus, statt auf Inbound zu warten: Du rufst an, schreibst an, zeigst live, was die Plattform über die Sichtbarkeit eines Unternehmens verrät, und bringst den Deal über die Linie. Dabei baust du das Sales-Setup nicht nur mit auf, du prägst es.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktiver Verkauf der GEO-Plattform an B2B-Unternehmen und Agenturen
  • Eigenständige Akquise über den ganzen Zyklus: Prospecting, Cold Calls, Erstgespräche, Demos, Angebot, Abschluss
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Outbound-Strategien per Telefon, E-Mail und LinkedIn
  • Aufbau von Agenturpartnerschaften, die GEO an ihre eigenen Kunden weiterverkaufen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Founder und Produktteam: Du bringst das Feedback aus dem Markt direkt ins Produkt
  • Mitgestaltung des zukünftigen Sales-Setups und seiner Skalierung

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Sales, idealerweise im SaaS-, Marketing- oder Tech-Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung. Du bist Hunter, nicht Farmer
  • Du greifst gern zum Telefon, und ein «Nein» bringt dich nicht aus der Bahn, sondern auf die nächste Idee
  • Du verstehst Online-Marketing gut genug, um mit Marketingleitern und Agenturen auf Augenhöhe zu sprechen. SEO-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Du willst an deinem Ergebnis gemessen werden und verdienen, was du abschliesst
  • Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Abschlussstärke
  • Fliessend Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse
