Der Markt ist jung. Viele Marketingverantwortliche spüren, dass sich etwas verschiebt, haben aber noch keine Lösung dafür. Sie kommen nicht von selbst zu uns. Wir gehen zu ihnen.

Genau das ist dein Job.

Du bist die Person, die den ersten Kontakt herstellt. Du recherchierst passende Unternehmen und Agenturen im DACH-Raum, greifst zum Telefon, schreibst an, weckst Interesse und setzt qualifizierte Termine für unser Sales-Team. Es gibt keinen Inbound-Strom, der dich trägt. Jeder Termin im Kalender ist einer, den du selbst geholt hast.

Du musst dabei nicht bei null anfangen: Unsere Plattform liefert dir einen starken Einstieg. Ein kurzer Blick darauf, wie ein Unternehmen in ChatGPT dasteht, öffnet mehr Gespräche als jeder Pitch.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Recherche und Aufbau von Zielkundenlisten: Marken und Agenturen im DACH-Raum
  • Tägliche Kaltakquise per Telefon, ergänzt durch E-Mail und LinkedIn-Outreach
  • Erstgespräche führen, Bedarf qualifizieren und Termine für Demos vereinbaren
  • Saubere Übergabe der Termine an das Sales-Team inklusive Gesprächsnotizen
  • Pflege aller Aktivitäten und Kontakte im CRM
  • Laufendes Testen und Verbessern von Gesprächsleitfäden, Sequenzen und Ansprachen

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Kaltakquise oder im Outbound-Vertrieb, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld. Quereinsteiger mit nachweisbarem Telefonerfolg sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Du telefonierst gern und viel. Nicht weil du musst, sondern weil dir das Gespräch liegt
  • Ein «Nein» bringt dich nicht aus dem Takt. Du nimmst den nächsten Anruf mit derselben Energie wie den ersten
  • Interesse an Online-Marketing und AI. Du musst kein Experte sein, aber du willst verstehen, was du anbietest
  • Du willst an deinem Ergebnis gemessen werden und verdienen, was du bewegst
  • Strukturierte, disziplinierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an messbaren Zielen
  • Fliessend Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse
