En CCB Trust, buscamos un(a) Ejecutivo(a) de Ventas de Fideicomisos que impulse el crecimiento de nuestra cartera de negocios mediante la captación de clientes, el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades comerciales y la promoción de soluciones fiduciarias adaptadas a las necesidades de cada cliente.

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Impulsar el crecimiento comercial de la Fiduciaria a través de la captación de nuevos negocios, el fortalecimiento de relaciones con clientes y prospectos, y el acompañamiento en el proceso de estructuración y formalización de fideicomisos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los lineamientos internos y regulatorios.

🔹 Principales responsabilidades

  • Identificar y captar nuevos clientes para los productos y servicios fiduciarios.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a oportunidades de negocio, asegurando una excelente experiencia al cliente.
  • Asesorar a clientes y prospectos sobre soluciones fiduciarias de acuerdo con sus necesidades.
  • Coordinar con las áreas internas la documentación y formalización de nuevos negocios fiduciarios.
  • Cumplir con los objetivos comerciales y contribuir al crecimiento de la cartera de clientes de la Fiduciaria.

Requisitos

🎓 Formación y experiencia

  • Licenciatura en Derecho, Banca y Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo de 2 a 3 años de experiencia en fiduciarias y/o en la venta de productos y servicios financieros.

🧠 Conocimientos

  • Conocimiento de fideicomisos y servicios fiduciarios.
  • Conocimiento del sector bancario y financiero.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office.
  • Deseable experiencia en herramientas y sistemas de gestión comercial y fiduciaria.
